June 2008 Showcase
This month brought a total of 61 photos into the competition and that's more than ever before. It's really good to see members genuinely wanting to improve their photographic ability and what better way than to put your photos on display and then come along and listen to the constructive comments of the judge. And while it's fair to say that not everyone agrees all of the time with what's said, overall the judgment is pretty fair.
So what pictures are we displaying here? Well they need to fit one of two categories.
- The Judge liked them. They scored 18 points or more in the competition or
- Chairman's Choice. May not be technically perfect but the chairman considers them to be pleasing and worthy of display.
