October 16th
Well, this is where our plans went slightly astray due to reason beyond our control.
Part one of our meeting tonight was to look at members examples of some macro (close up) photography of household objects taken by them at unusual angles and from this we had a fun quiz trying to guess what the items were. From cat's whiskers to a sticky tape dispenser we actually had over 100 images to at - all good fun.
Part two of the meeting was to have been 'playing' with cameras and equipment brought along by Chris Simpson at Norfolk Cameras but owing to a nasty accident to his daughter whilst horse riding, he was unable to attend however we will rearrange for a later date.
Instead we showed some examples of audio videos (av's) to determine member's interest in producing some promotional work of our own. We will pursue this further in the weeks to come.
